How many TV's can be connected to my Venture Communciations TV Service?
One set top box is included with TV Package. Additional Set Top Boxes may be leased for $9.50/mo per box
Can I connect additional TV's?
Yes, the first set top box is free and each additional set top box is $9.50/month. You cannot share set top boxes with other TV’s.
Do I Need a special TV to receive Venture Communications Digital TV?
No. Venture Communications provides most of our channels in HD (High Definition), as long as it is available from the channel provider. An HD capable TV will allow for the best viewing experience, but if you have an older SD (Standard-Definition) TV, you will receive the same programming – it just may not be as clear of a picture
Is Venture Communications Digital TV HDTV?
Many channels offered by Venture Communications Digital TV are available in High-Definition. If the channel is available in HD, it is provided to you in HD at no additional charge.
Is there an activation and/or wiring charge for my Venture Communication Digital TV Service?
Venture Communications Digital TV uses wireless Set-Top-Boxes (STB’s) within your home. Installation is available with a 12-month service agreement. If additional wiring is needed it is billed on a time and material basis. Please contact our business office for more information.
